The reconstruction of a non-commercial building into a flexible office space to settle 200 programmers. The main challenge was the constant change in number and size of teams where had to be arranged in 16 separate semi-open spaces in 4 levels. The two main demand were Flexibility and adaptability of furniture and space, and having quietness while having the chance of the accidental communication.  The design solution was modular furniture with neutral colors beside vibrant colorful background with various theme on the walls. Modular group table could change to adapt to any order and number of teams. Also, the small transparent room and meeting rooms are available next to the open space in order to separate noisy and silent activity; Focus Room.
